We are currently recruiting for 2 x Revenue Specialists to join our Credit team. These are permanent part time opportunities, working 20 hours per week.
We are offering two set shifts:
- Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Monday to Friday 3:00 pm – 7:00pm
This role will see you provide excellent customer service whilst managing the debt recovery process with a focus on commerciality. This includes discussing payment plans, assessing customer’s financial situations and negotiating a great outcome for both the customer and the business.
Your day will involve answering all incoming customer calls relating to various electricity and gas account queries and requests. You will be trained in assessing individual cases to Hardship, implementing customer payment plans and referring accounts to Collection Agencies. Above all, we pride ourselves in excellent customer service and your friendly and engaging phone manner will see you succeed in this role.
This busy role will be varied and challenging. We are looking for a proactive individual who is agile and welcomes change.
