You do not necessarily need call centre experience, but will need to be driven to provide quality customer service and have a genuine desire to help us maintain our reputation for success, whilst working together as part of an awesome team!

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to show genuine empathy, while keeping a commercial focus. You will take pride in stepping up and managing the call from start to finish by recognising the customer’s needs and providing a solution with a friendly, can-do attitude. You are the type of person that knows how valuable a good experience can be to a customer, and a business.

In this full-time role you will be available to work on a 10 week rotating roster between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm.
